I finally played the new Tiger Woods video game for Nintendo Wii that features disc golf as a bonus game(only available on Wii version). I have to say it was pretty cool. It is very realistic and should help get the sport in front of millions of new potential players, however I thought it did come up short in one aspect. The drives are being measured in yards like regular golf, where in real disc golf they are measured in feet. It is not a big flaw, but it might mislead the new potential disc golfers into thinking they are really going to be able to throw a disc 150-200 yards and create a little bit of a disappointment. It is still a killer video game though and I would suggest Tiger Woods PGA tour 2010 on Nintendo Wii for any golf fan!!
